We are proud of our fabrication facility which has some of the best welding personnel in the business. Because of this they are able to accommodate both fast track and normal scheduled projects, which allows us to minimize our field forces. We also fabricate steel and specialize in the design and fabrication of custom manufactured skids and modules to meet the everyday needs of a variety of industrial facilities and process industries. Certified welders perform all work in accordance with ASME Code Section IX, and a member of the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau.
Our fabrication shop was built with the intent to save time to improve construction schedules, reduce cost, all while motivating safety. Mann Mechanical currently has 142,000 sq. ft. under roof, comprised of approximately 100,000 sq. ft. in fabrication shops (carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic and hygienic cleanroom), 20,000 sq. ft. of material storage, 10,000 sq. ft. of tool/consumable storage, and 12,000 sq. ft of office space. Fabrication is segregated into two (2) shops located within 0.8 miles of each other. One shop houses all metallic fabrication, which is segregated between carbon and stainless, while plastics are fabricated at a separate facility to eliminate airborne material migration (i.e., steel dust) during the fabrication process.
