Julie is the company’s Majority stockholder and Chief Executive Officer for Mann Mechanical. Her responsibilities include being chairman of the Board of Directors, financial oversight and obligations (i.e., line-of-credit, bonding, etc.), establishing corporate culture, and being a company visionary. Julie is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Visual Arts degree. Beyond Mann Mechanical, Mrs. Mann has been a member of the Peachtree Presbyterian Church since 1989 and is currently serving as an elder. She is also the founder/coordinator/leader of Friends in Faith, a women’s community bible study established in 1997. As a mother of two, she enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren as well as traveling and oil painting.
John currently serves as President of Mann Mechanical. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed professional engineer. Before joining Mann Mechanical, John worked for reputable engineering firms within the consulting market. He has served as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President and also contributes as an active Board Member.

Brian currently serves as Vice President of Mann Mechanical. He has been with the company for over 25 years. Brian was fortunate to have been mentored by our former President, Mr. Marty Mann, early in his career. This experience facilitated his becoming established in the construction of mechanical systems serving Mission Critical, Higher Educational, Healthcare, Research & Development, and Pharmaceutical Facilities. Brian has worked on a variety of project types and has excelled at managing large, complex projects in both preconstruction and construction. He has served as Piping Detailer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager and also contributes as an active Board Member.
