The safety of all personnel working on our projects is paramount in Mann Mechanical’s’ execution of its assigned work. Our goal is for Mann Mechanical personnel to plan, manage, and direct each activity free from errors, injuries, or incidents achieving true operational safety integration.
All levels of Mann Mechanical’s’ management recognize their responsibility to assure a safe workplace and to protect project personnel, equipment, and the facility. This duty is accomplished by remaining cognizant of the project’s safety protocols and by using Mann Mechanical’s’ resources to organize and pre-plan the safety of all project work activities.
It is the responsibility of each Mann Mechanical employee and any subcontractors to adhere to the requirements of this safety plan. All employees will be fully trained and oriented to both the specifics and the intent of the Mann Mechanical and site specific Safety Plans and all other policies, programs, procedures and practices that may be applicable. Our objective is to create and maintain a high level of awareness, and to assure effective safety pre-planning and safe execution that meets and/or exceeds project guidelines and requirements.

• Conduct a thorough risk assessment of all job sites and operations to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement a proactive risk management program that includes regular safety audits, job hazard analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Establish clear protocols for incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of accidents or near-misses.
• Incident management for any injury to mitigate unnecessary WC claims.
• Provide specialized training for high-risk activities such as working at heights, equipment operation, and confined space entry.
• Offer regular refresher courses and certifications to ensure employees remain updated on safety best practices and industry standards.
• Encourage active participation in safety ideas and empower employees to contribute ideas for improving safety protocols.
